1. Accounts are parent-controlled
A parent or guardian creates and controls each family's account. We don't collect information directly from a student independent of that parent-controlled account.
2. What we collect
Parent contact information (name, email, phone), student information you provide (name, grade, skill level), scheduling and attendance records, coaching notes, and payment information handled by Stripe (we don't store your card number ourselves).
3. How we use it
To run the program: scheduling sessions, tracking credits and attendance, writing and sharing progress notes, billing, and communicating with your family. We don't sell your data.
4. Cookies & advertising
We use cookies necessary to run the site, keeping you signed in to the family or admin portal, and processing payments through Stripe. We don't run any third-party analytics on the site itself. This marketing site (not the family/admin portal) does send limited page-view and on-site event data external to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) through the Meta Pixel, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may use this information consistent with its own data policy. You can control ad tracking through your browser's cookie settings or Meta's ad preferences.
5. Who else sees it
Data lives with a small set of service providers we use to run the business: Supabase (account login and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Workspace (calendar, video sessions, and messaging). Each handles data under their own privacy and security practices.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account, session, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to maintain accurate records. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to what we're required to keep for billing/legal reasons.
7. Your access & control
You can review everything in your family's portal at any time, and can request corrections or deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
8. Security
Access to student and family data is restricted by account role. A family can only see their own information, and coach/admin access is limited to what's needed to run the program.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
