Refer a family, get a free 1:1 hour.
Refer a family to Podium Debate and when they enroll in Core and their first payment clears, one free 1:1 coaching hour is credited to your account. That is an hour normally worth $60 at the member rate, and there is no cap on how many you can earn. No code to enter, no link to track, no minimum term on their side.
Parents decide what a program is worth by asking other parents, not by reading our copy, and no advertisement we can buy competes with that. This exists because we would rather pay for the recommendation than for the ad. If you have already told someone about us, email us their name.

How it works
Tell them about us, or tell us about them
Either direction works. Send them the link yourself, or email us their name and we will reach out. If you would rather we not contact someone cold, say so and we will wait for them to come to us.
They mention you
On their call, at signup, or in an email. There is no code to remember and nothing to enter at checkout. If they forget, email us and we will match it up.
They enroll and their first payment clears
The perk is tied to a real enrollment, not to a lead or a booked call. Once their first Core payment goes through, the referral counts.
A free 1:1 hour lands in your account
One full hour of 1:1 coaching, credited to your family's balance in the portal, usable on whichever of your students needs it. Not cash, not a discount on Core.
What we will and will not do with a name
We will send one email or make one call, mentioning who suggested us, and answer whatever they ask. If they do not reply, that is the end of it. We will not add them to a mailing list, and we will not contact them repeatedly.
If you would rather we not reach out at all, tell us in the email and we will simply note the referral and wait for them to contact us. Either way the credit works the same. What we handle and how is set out in our privacy policy.
Common questions
- What do I get for referring a family to Podium Debate?
- One free 1:1 coaching hour, credited to your family's account, for each family you refer who enrolls in Core and completes their first payment. There is no cap on how many you can earn.
- Does the family I refer get anything?
- They get what every new family gets: no joining fee, month-to-month billing, and a complimentary 30-minute 1:1 as a joining perk. Any promotional code running at the time applies to them normally; a referral does not replace it or conflict with it.
- Do I have to be an enrolled family to refer someone?
- To receive the credit, yes, since the perk is 1:1 hours on an account. If you are not enrolled and want to point a family our way anyway, we would genuinely appreciate it, and you should tell us so we can thank you properly.
- When does the credit expire?
- Credits are use-it-or-lose-it across the season, the same as any other 1:1 hours on the account. They do not roll over into the next season.
- What if the family I referred cancels?
- If they cancel after their first payment clears, you keep the credit. If a payment is reversed or refunded in full before any coaching happens, the credit comes back off, and we would tell you if that happened.
Referral credits are 1:1 coaching hours on a Podium Debate account. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between families, and follow the same use-it-or-lose-it season terms as purchased hours. Full terms are in our terms of service.
